Carbon Management Canada Welcomes Echo Seismic to the Joint Industry Partnership

Echo Seismic has joined Carbon Management Canada’s (CMC) collaborative carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) partnership. Echo Seismic is committed to providing the best possible land seismic acquisition for the continuous monitoring of stored carbon.

“We are very excited to have Echo Seismic join our JIP,” said Don Lawton, Director of Science. “Their contribution and support will be invaluable for collecting the best possible seismic monitoring data at the site.”

The Joint Industry Partnership (JIP) is a collaborative program offered through CMC’s 200-hectare Field Research Station in Newell County, Alberta, which is an ideal environment to evaluate Echo Seismic’s monitoring tech as well as their geophysical and geological solutions.

Seismology and Geophysicist of Echo Seismic, Rob Kendall states, “Echo Seismic is excited to
join CMC’s JIP and to be involved with such preeminent industry leaders in monitoring CCUS.”
